ISO 5th housemate, $620/mo, St Paul
Hello! I am seeking a roommate to move in on or after August 1st, rent is $620 + utilities, the lease is 12 months.
We are a household of 4 nonbinary people living in a house in St Paul. We have one bedroom available on the basement level of our house, and it has a bathroom on the same level that would be a private bathroom for the person moving in. The only other room on that level is our unfinished craft/storage room which we access infrequently, and there is a door at the top of the basement stairs. We have a laundry room on the main level, along with the open living room-kitchen space. There is a spacious back yard and we live on a quiet street. We have a cat who is very sweet but does not like other animals or lots of guests.
Our landlord is the person who built the house (~4 years ago), he is very responsive to maintenance requests, takes care of lawn care and snow removal, and collects rent via check.
We are looking for a roommate who is queer (trans ideally!), leftist, does not have any cats or dogs, might hang out with us occasionally, and is a good communicator!!
The four of us are good friends and three of us have been living together for 6 years. We like to play board games, watch movies, go to art fairs, & go out to eat together. We all like TTRPGs, video games, and reading.
