Daughter wants a personalised licence plate for her bday - I know absolutely nothing about how I'd even go about doing this. Is there any businesses in the town can help out?

Anybody know what the deal is with practical driving tests? Earliest available appointment anywhere in NI is end of September and there are no appointments in 10 of the 16 test centres. Anyone have any tips on how to get a cancellation? Do I just need to go online every morning to check or is there a number I can call?! Thanks.
