Can someone help me find out more about this watch? 🙌
I found it in a family members home and no one seems to know where it’s from. I’m pretty sure it’s a women’s watch since it’s so small. Should I take it to an AD to authenticate? Any ideas on its worth? I’m scared to open it.
AI says it’s from late 1920s- early 1930s but doesn’t know much past that. “Esse Quam Videri” on the back next to some initials. I probably should have it serviced but it seems to work great. Is it surprising a 100 year old watch still works or is that a red flag? Thanks in advance yall 🫡🙏🙌
