Hey all! I have a posterior labrum tear, and I'm about 5 and a half months out from my surgery day (some school stuff has me putting it off). I'm trying to start getting some things together now, so I'm not making bulk purchases. Any recommendations on essentials? Also, anyone who has done this in the middle of winter have clothing suggestions? I live somewhere that can go from 65 and sunny to snow and ice in the span of a day.
