Just witnessed a dog get hit right by Westerly Town Beach. Poor baby ran out of the car and got hit. I just hope orher people ate safe this season. RIP Mojito, you were the best boy. TY to the DPW who happend to be there and help.

Also why were Misquamicut Gates closed? I thought open to the public before MDW?

EDIT: Baby was leashed, Owner was almost hit as well so this a case of reckless driving. Be SO careful around Atlantic Ave this season. Also, this is right before the beaches open and right now they are like a public park so people can bring their dogs to enjoy the beaches.
