I've been trying to decipher the lyric 'that is just to start me off / got it keep it goin' strong / just enough to buy a Lexus coupe and a [Hermann phone?]'.

I don't know what a 'Hermann phone' is unless it was perhaps a car audio / cellular provider in Memphis at the time. A friend of mine insists that Shawty isn't saying 'phone' but I grew up in the south and 'pho-' as spoken sounds like 'phone' to me. He is unconvinced but has no better alternative other than 'a bowl of pho'... hmm.

Can anyone shed some light on the subject? Or shall it remain a mystery while my friend will imagine a bowl of Vietnamese soup?
