My hair is falling out all over; it’s not the typical pattern where hair remains at the back and sides. The hair loss started after I lost 20 kilos in an unhealthy way—there were days I only ate once or twice, and the weight loss was very rapid. I’ve had this problem ever since. I’m currently taking finasteride prescribed by a dermatologist, but I feel like it isn't working. In the past, I used minoxidil and a topical finasteride solution on my scalp and saw improvement, but I couldn't continue the treatment—and this is how I look today.
