I’ve not often done more than very basic illuminate and concentrate rituals. Using objects as a focus of my attention where incense and candles allow for their limited temporality to keep the ritual to its set time.

In one tonight the candle has taken the wax in the old tea light that it was placed in and is happily sustaining itself. I’ve used the same tea light for a few other candles but they’ve all dropped off once reaching the base.

I’m quite happy with it and my feeling is that it’s drawing on wider energies to support my intentions.

I wondered if anyone had any other thoughts or insights.
