JerryCo is a web design and SEO agency in Portland, Oregon. We build sites and run local SEO for construction, renovation, and home service companies: cabinet makers, glass installers, remodelers, carpenters, custom home builders. 8 SEO clients now, 5 more starting over the next two months.

We need someone to own the SEO side. That means a 90 day plan for each client, monthly reporting in plain language, Google Business Profile strategy, technical and on page work, and directing one SEO specialist and one Elementor developer. The owner handles sales and client calls.

What we need:

• 5+ years of SEO, at least 3 running client accounts at an agency
• Real technical depth: Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, site architecture, schema, internal linking, migrations
• Local SEO experience, GBP and city pages
• Clean link building only. If your playbook includes PBNs, niche edits, or link packages, this is not the role.
• English fluent, written reports a contractor would understand
• Bonus: home services or construction clients, Python or automation skills

Details:

• Remote. Latin America or Eastern Europe preferred for time zone and rate, but open to anyone who fits.
• Full time, $3,000 to $4,000/mo depending on experience. Part time at 25 hrs/week possible for the right person.
• Start with a paid test: audit one of our client sites and write a 90 day plan. $250, 5 day turnaround. We hire from the audits.
