I guess I'll have 2 s tier wrektors soon.
Now i can move on to the next one.
Theres been an increase of people recording others on casino properties, specifically dealers and other players. While im not directly involved in any situations currently, there has been a growing number of incidents where ive had to tell players we dont allow meta glasses on the table, and they argue over the fact.
So the questions I have are clarification on current laws regarding recording people.
Are tribal casinos considered private property or public space in regards to recording laws?
If someone disables the light on meta glasses that are supposed to be on when recording, then lies about it, is that considered a crime? Theres been posts of people doing just that, lying to employees about not recording, when they are.
Would telling someone we dont allow meta glasses interfere with laws regarding disabilities, as long as we offer assistance in other ways? (If someone's eyesight is bad enough that they can't see the cards, can I verbally tell them what they have to avoid a discrimination lawsuit. We do this for people who are blind or colorblind)
Im curious as to what the law says about the specific situation of recording without consent on private property, and if the fact that casinos record everything would conflict with a guest recording people without their knowledge.
Thank you in advance to anyone willing to answer.
