I’m looking to get my first X5. Looking for used under $37k.

I’m on East Coast and looking at this 2022 X5 with 58k miles and the dealers selling for $36400.

Comes with all the goodies.
Was originally looking at a 2019/2020 with less miles until I ran into this one. I’m just a bit worried about the miles on this 2022 vs going with a 2019/2020 with 40k miles for similar price.

Also looking to get an extended warranty for peace of mind.
