Does voting matter?

To the guy who is worried about undocumented immigrants voting: it’s stupid to worry about such trivialities because gerrymandering, lobbyists and unlimited corporate donations,i.e, money in politics, cancel out all voting. It doesn’t matter who votes. The two party system is a good cop/ bad cop farce-a three card monty scam for fools to think their voice is heard. Yawn.

The Profession: The Honest Truth.

Why is teacher burnout so high? Because we expect fresh college graduates to perform miracles. New teachers face the exact same crushing workload as 25-year veterans, often managing overcrowded classrooms of more than 30 students with zero support. Across most of the country, teachers are severely underpaid, politically persecuted for their curricula, and bombarded by constant parental complaints. Meanwhile, students are trapped in school for ten hours a day, leading to exhaustion and behavioral lashing out that teachers are left to handle alone.

I asked for New TTess Evaluator. I was denied and they offered a second observer, I left. F them.

After 3 years and 12 different observations, an NEW AP came in 3 times at end of day and third time I was actively interacting and had students were completing a graphic organizer. This was characterized as “Needs improvement” because I was not following the steps of the objective on the board exactly even though it was connected conceptually. It was a gotcha. I asked for another evaluator and they said they wouldn’t change the one I had but add a second one. I left and live a wonderful life now. Thank you, you incompetent Fuk. I hope the coming flood drags you to hell.
