Ordered almost 5 weeks ago
Hello,
I ordered two jerseys on May 27th, which have been shipped on june 6th. I did not receive them until now.
I don‘t want to blame SPKIV cause it seems like they arrived in my country (Germany) but it‘s the same delivery status since june 17th now: „该批次6箱货还未收到提货通知，国外还在催促核实，有进展更新“.
My local delivery office (DHL) only shows „shipment in onward transport to DHL“ since june 6th.
Already contacted them via E-Mail three days ago but no answer yet.
Did anyone (maybe from Germany) ever experience such a long delivery time?
UPDATE: SPKIV answered and it seems like the package was lost. So no accusation to SPKIV. They offered me a replacement shipment or the request of a refund. Since World Cup will be (almost) over until I receive a replacement I requested the refund. Hopefully my money will arrive soon.
