can someone way smarter than myself tell me what to do?

so, this bad boy is 4inches away from my roof, 2 inches away from at the trunk, and I love this tree, but im scared of how close it is in general to the house. is it too close? should I call my county arborists, or even a land surveyor to check if the water and gas lines are okay? Will this destroy my house, and if so, what time line would you you give this tree before it become a major problem? im looking for other trees to plant in the yard as preparation incase I have to remove the tree [also just to have another tree, because i also want another tree]
