Replacing failed dental implant

Anyone have to replace a failed dental implant? Tooth number 19 eight year-old implant failed. Failure likely related to poor fit of overlying crown no gum, disease or bone loss. Had new bone graft in October and larger screw placed March. About to have it torqued in a few weeks and worried that it’s not going to work. Anyone had similar experience?
