Granted im on my period so its worse than normal. But ive had this patch of acne that continues to be reirritate and produce whiteheads for about 1.5/2 months. Ive had clear skin for years and am confused. I changed my routine from oil cleansing and goat milk cleanser to simple gentle cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. I like them but my barrier is bothered, dry, and lips are extremely chapped. Im eating well, cautious about lip products, drink water, and am sooooo confused. Help please
