2013 rzr 900xp eps shock question

I just recently got a 2013 rzr 900 xp eps in a trade. Pretty sure it was a mud bike before I got it so dealing with some…. Fuckery… had some super old 32 inch superatv mud tires on when I got and I have since put some cheap Sunf all-terrains on it.

I am trying to figure if my springs have collapsed or if these just ride low from the factory.

When I got it home, I noticed how high the fox racing coilovers were adjusted so I brought them back down to roughly zero preload height and had minimal clearance (about 2.5-3 inches of clearance between the fender and tire) and would rub pretty bad when turning. I brought them back up to a better height but still feel like there’s a better way to lift my rzr without sacrificing ride quality.

One last thing, I did bring it to an offroad park and hit some jumps with it. It felt great! No bottoming out, rubbing, or weird sounds while riding.
