I found this Japanese Charizard in my old Pokemon binder in my parent’s house. I remember it was weird bc I’ve only bought 3 Japanese boosters in my life. Never played this card either since it was Japanese lol went straight in the penny sleeve + toploader since 1998. Does this look good enough for a PSA 10/9? I realized the photo of the back makes it look like its whitening but I think its just the angle - looking at it straight outside of the penny sleeve it looks clean. Do Japanese cards have similar value as the English ones? Is this thing a fake? What is that swirl thing in the holo?
