Is there any free certifications that helps to strengthen my Network Engineering path

I'm a incoming 4th year college student, and I'm really passionate in doing networking simulations and have willingness to learn. My downside is, I cannot afford paid certifications like CCNA and other network certifications.

Is there any free certifications that will help in my resume after I graduate. Also watching Jeremy's IT Lab free CCNA network course and also doing some simulations in GNS3 using different brands like Fortinet as firewall. Will learn next about using dockers.

Cisco packet tracer to GNS3

After doing some topologies in Cisco packet tracer using L2, L3 switches, ISP and firewall which all have redundancy and no single point of failure, VLAN isolation using ACL, basic NAT ruling, Routing and VLAN Segmentation. I want to level up my skills.

I'm using GNS3 and would likely to learn different brands like Fortigate as Firewall, tho L2, L3 switches and Routers as Cisco. Any suggestions to increase my knowledge in regards in configuration of devices. Also, a recommendation video or channel to learn Network fundamentals is a big help! What are the risk turning off TPM? Bitlocker is already turned off

Turning off TPM in bios should run my VMware virtualization while using GNS3, I already turned off all virtualization settings, Hyper-V turned off using CMD and powershell, turned off Core Isolation Memory Integrity, already uncheck all related Hyper-V in windows feature and disable the settings in system variable. The only thing I want to know if what are the risk if I turned off TPM tho the bitlocker in my laptop has never been enabled

vmware workstation does not support nested virtualization on this host

Good evening! TYA (Thank You in Advance) to anyone who can help.

I set up GNS3 so I can practice my networking skills, but it requires a VM. Unfortunately, after installing VMware Workstation, I keep getting this error:

"VMware Workstation does not support nested virtualization on this host."

This causes the GNS3 VM to shut down.

I've already tried:

* Disabling everything related to Hyper-V using CMD and PowerShell

* Unchecking all Hyper-V features in Windows Features

* Disabling Core Isolation

* Enabling virtualization in the BIOS

However, I'm still getting the same error. Is there anything else I might have missed?

My laptop specifications:

* Dell Latitude 5520

* Intel Core i5 11th Gen

* 16GB RAM

* 512GB SSD

I really want to learn Sophos Firewall and other networking technologies, and I need the VM for that.

I hope someone can help. Thank you very much! 🙏🙏🙏
