I'm curious how Costco is able to sell fireworks in the city of Madison, any ideas?

Finally replaced the factory tires, 47,520 miles on the Firestone Destination LE2's. They were decent tires but braking in the rain was getting interesting. Bought Michelin Defender 2's today at Costco, walked in with no appointment and was gone in less than an hour and a half. The steering and braking is drastically improved over the Firestone's.
