You might remember me from this post, one year ago when I was depressed and feeling like there were no other answers.

I’m happy to say that a year later, I’m about to turn 40 and I’ve never felt this good about my body in my life. It’s truly working. This drug is a literal miracle.

430 -> 349 (81lbs down)

If I was prediabetic, I’m not anymore. I have more energy. I feel better in my body. I’m still obese, but it feels like something that is getting better every day instead of this dark cloud over me all the time, that i can’t control. I feel in control of it. I’m currently on 15mg with Lumimeds and started working out a couple of months ago.

Another 80lbs and I’ll be where I want to be. Cravings still happen and my self-control still is an issue with food if I’m not thinking about it or my mental health gets in the way, but learning and growing to be better as much as I can.

We can do it. It’s hard, but we can do it. Thank you for all your support and posts over the year.
