Did Jesus have biological siblings?

I always thought He did with how I've read the Gospels, but have discovered there is actually a huge debate about the issue (and not just because of Catholics and their whole Mary thing, but among Protestants as well).

What are your thoughts?

Study Bible Reccomendations

I'm looking to buy a study bible for the first time, for my first one I'm after something that balances personal application with historical context and theological explanation. I know there are study bibles which focus in-depth on each one of those but I'd like one which kind of does all of them.

Any reccomendations?

Concerned as an incoming visitor about taking Ubers alone late at night

I'm attending a wedding in October. I was planning to share transport with some people staying near me, but they've cancelled due to a flight change. I don't know yet if anyone else at the wedding will be staying nearby, so I might end up doing these trips alone. I need to make a decision quickly, so any advice would be appreciated. I was going to rely on Ubers, and felt safer knowing I'd likely be sharing them with others. Alone, I'm less sure. The trips in question:

  • Airport arrival at night, and departure in the early night for my return flight
  • A late-night trip back to Sea Point after the wedding, from a wine estate over an hour northeast of the city

I know Uber is generally considered safe for tourists, but I've heard mixed things and don't want to take chances alone at night. Is my worry overblown, or are these reasonable concerns for a solo traveler?

Is a 4-day Snowdonia trip when it will be always raining worth it?

I'm booked for Snowdonia for 4 days from the 20th-23rd of this month. The weather forecast looks dreadful with lots and lots of rain and no sunshine.

I still have time to get fully refunded on my accommodation and train so want to make my mind up today whether to cancel.

I was planning on doing Snowdon and some other walks up in the hills to take in the views but from the looks of things there won't be any. Would I likely be restricted to ground-level walks? If so they might not even be that nice and kind of defeat the purpose in coming all the way out there.

I'll be honest I'm a fairweather hiker so I'm minded to cancel but would appreciate some input from this sub.
