how long does it take for your rating to go back up after getting a bad rating? i think i got two bad ones when i first started playing, and one more recently because i didn't notice that the person only traded duplicates. so now i'm at 4.7 and i'd like to raise it. i've been doing a lot of trades with players who trade one card for two and give good ratings (i've done quite a few of these to complete older 2020/21 base cards and stuff). i think i've gotten 100+ good ratings by now, maybe even more, but i don't remember exactly, and so far it hasn't made any difference. is it normal for it to take a while, or can the rating get stuck/bugged at a certain number?

something i’ve never understood since i started playing is people blocking you for literally no reason — maybe when you reject a trade or something like that (which is why i sometimes just ignore trades and let them expire now). i think i’ve mentioned this here before, but today a player blocked me just because i declined a trade. i even explained why in the chat, telling them i only trade my cards for anakin needs (which was already super clear in my post, but they sent something else anyway). i just don't get it, especially when people offer stuff completely different from what you're actually looking for.

i think my game got an update and now it's running really slowly, or some things just won't load at all (or they load as an error). even my profile picture isn't loading. is it just me, or are you having the same issue?

why do some people suddenly block others in the middle of a trade? i don't know if that's what happened here, but i feel like it's happened to me twice already.

this is the second trade where, when i go to accept it, it's suddenly canceled. then i try to send a message or a new trade, and it says that person can't receive trades or messages. i can't even follow them anymore. it just happens out of nowhere, even though i didn't do anything wrong.

i received a token a while ago, but i'm thinking about buying something so i can keep the token permanently if i manage to get the money.

i have a question though: do i need to make a single purchase for that exact amount, or can i buy some of the limited-time offers until i reach the minimum amount and still have it count? like buying two bundles or something like that.

someone gave me a certification token and i heard it lasts for 6 months. i wanted to ask if there’s a chance to stay certified even after the token expires, especially if i stay active and don’t break any rules?

i’ve never bought anything in the game, and i’m not sure when i’ll be able to make purchases through the app, so i’m a little worried about losing certification later on. thanks!

how do you get profile pictures in the game? i’ve seen a lot of players with their favorite characters as their avatars and I don’t know what I need to do to get one!
