Expenses in France as Geneva

I'm sorry, I know there have been quite a few posts like this, but I was just hoping for a little bit of feedback on how reasonable these expense estimates seem comparatively between the two and whether I've missed any expenses on either side. I will refine some of the numbers myself but I can't help but with these numbers France seems to make a lot of sense.

I recently got a job in Plan-Les-Ouates so I'm a bit torn between the two sides. Am I being pessimistic about the rent in CH?

Is it really worth over 1000 CHF extra just to be on the Swiss side of the border? Saint Julien seems fairly well connected to the city centre as it stands. I'm an EU citizen and speak French.

Thank you all!

Edit: oops title should say vs
