This appears to be a modern iteration of Titan from 2142. Thoughts on how it will play in a modern & oceanic format?

I'm currently a Product Manager for a fintech startup. Been here for years and we're still not progressing as we should be. Starting to feel like a sunk cost scenario. I have a degree in Marketing, but honestly haven't really used it because most of my time has been spent in operations/project management/product management. I also feel like I'm in a niche no-code area of PM. So I ask any PMs out there - what do I do to advance my career? I can't even land an interview after hundreds and hundreds of applications. Should I just go back to school? Any certifications that would help me? Thanks in advance!
