I know this is head canon territory, but who wins this?

Where did the misconception that Force user can beat any non force welder??? Did we not watch the show? Did we not see Cad Bane, Jango Fett, Boba Fett, General Greivous beating Jedi?

Force is unlimitless it a bascially a god, but Force welder cannot use all its power.

One of the greatest force feat is Yoda lifting a mountain size creature but it did strain him showing that it does have limit.

And if there was no limit Jedi would have no struggle lifting anything.

Same circumstances as Mace Windu and his arrest team. Jedi Dooku arrest team have no clear idea of Yoda's power, but just know his the master of Count Windu.

Do they win?

Sidious ordered Dooku to eliminate Ventress because Sidious considered Dooku and Ventress a threat to himself.

Dooku thought AOTC Obi-Wan (with training) and himself could take down Sidious.

The quote of Dooku becoming the most powerful Jedi is incredibly arrogant, but it's not entirely based on delusion.

Dooku is one of the strongest Sith, and even Sidious consider him a threat.

I say he genuinely felt fear.

Mace Windu is a true badass

Sidious vs the 4 Jedi Masters really highlights force ability over duelling skills. In the first 4 seconds, duelling skills were barely used since Sidious just used his speed (from the force) to blitz them. It didn't matter how skilled they were because Sidious' force power was too immense.

Mace blocking Sidious lightsaber wasn't mainly a skill; it was using the force to match Sidious incredible speed/strength. The main point is that if 2 opponent can equally duel, the other opponent can not just low-diff them with force because the duel already implies that their force power difference isn't large enough to just low-diff them.

For instance, Anakin beat Dooku by physically overpowering him, not by his own physical strength but by the force itself.

No, Vader can't just force choke Mace and win no diff, and the same goes for Sidious.

Mace force power is greatly underrated, and his duelling strength also comes from his force power.

Case 1, Dooku duelling (Image 2 - 3) Nobody will debate this, but Dooku duelling is one of the most skilled in all of Star Wars. He outdueled the Sith Specialist Obi-Wan and outdueled Anakin until Anakin finally got a dark side amp. He relative to Yoda himself in dueling.

Case 2, The Gap between Sidious/Yoda and Dooku isn't that big (Image 3 - 4): Yoda and Sidious are the embodiment of the Sith and Jedi, they're the strongest. But Dooku is actually quite near them. Sidious ordered Dooku to kill Ventress because he thought Dooku and Ventress were a threat to him. Dooku is the same guy who beat 3 Jedi masters in seconds. Dooku and Yoda fight, ending with Dooku running away but Yoda was clearly tired at the end of the time.

Case 3, Dooku's Force Power isn't bad at all ( Image 5 - 6) : Dooku doesn't show a high destruction feat but that doesn't correlate to weaker Force Power. He effortlessly choked Obi-Wan, force pushed Anakin many times. Yoda himself in the comic lifted a mountain-sized creature, why didn't he just force push Dooku during the fight? Its cause he can't, he did it to Ventress but not to Dooku cause there is level to this.
