My husband and I are having a discussion about what to replace our sofa with. I want dual recliners and he wants a sofa bed.
Realistically we will be living in this motorhome for 2 years.

I can think of one couple that has expressed wantingness to come stay with us, but I would prefer they didn't.

60% Hard White FMF
40% Unbleached Bread Flour
Cold Starter from the fridge, maybe 24 hours unfed.
Looking for about a 1.5lb loaf or boule.
I need the long cold-proof because...digestive problems.

I bought the attachment for my KitchenAid, however, after I got it I have to mill it so slowly because my KitchenAid is 35 years old.
I contacted breadtopia to return it for a full size Mill, but because I had used it, they would not accept it in return.
Any ideas what I should do with this attachment?
