How long is a reasonable amount of time to respond to simple enquiries? We have several outstanding queries with our seller that have gone unanswered for nearly 6 weeks.

We’re 12 weeks from our offer being accepted and feel like nothing is happening up the chain. Our chain is very small - Us FTB’s > Sellers buying an empty ex rental.

Are we being unreasonable/unrealistic to be considering pulling out as we aren’t getting any useful information from the Estate agents and sellers are ignoring enquiries?
