Childish behavior

Does anyone else have a manager in a side department who uses the schedule just to mess with people? Which seems like for no other reason but for funsies? Like constantly scheduling someone to close and then open the next day? Or purposely ignoring your availability and scheduling you anyways, forcing you to have to call out? These sorry ass managers really have no effing life. It effects the entire team because people end up calling out. Then we’re short. Luckily im not a target for this behavior YET but I’m witnessing it and it’s super off putting to see and idk I’m just getting more and more frustrated with this company by the day.

Over it

Why are the toxic employees always so protected? Like this complany is a joke! If someone is constantly having issues with people with every store they transfer too why would they take that persons word over someone who hasn’t had any issues the entire time they’ve worked there? These managers and assistant managers are so easily manipulated and clueless to what’s actually going on in departments. I’ve worked at some shitty companies before but I don’t think staters knows what employee morale even is or how that could coralate to profits for them? And when there is an issue they just transfer that person to another store to just start more issues there. So tired of lazy middle aged bullies who are so clearly miserable in their own lives bringing their bullshit and shitty attitudes to work just so staters can coddle and protect them.
