weird noise when riding Kukirin g4 (possibly electrical)

I recently got a Kukirin g4 3 days ago and it’s been making this strange sound and I’m not sure where it’s coming from either if anyone has any ideas on what this could be please help

I just ordered the G4 off kugooescooters.com and I live in the US but I just read their website information page and they don’t even ship to the us? Could I be mistaken? Everything went through fine, I have already contacted support but am waiting upon a response.
