I'm in Guatemala, already tried Facebook marketplace for parts or for one with a working screen to use por parts. Any suggestions on where to get the replacement screen?

I just bought this for Q200 (a bit over $25). It was sold for spare parts since they didn't have the cable to test if it actually works. It is working, but it's locked. Is there a way to factory reset it?
