Don't be an idiot like me.

I had taken my PT2 off of my wrist and was playing with the watch band by bringing the top and bottom watchbands together. I could feel some resistance as I was doing this. When I took the watchbands off, I could see that the quick release knob on the band had scooped out a little hole on the plastic part of the watch (and a tiny bit of the metal frame)

I don't think this will happen with normal use and may only happen with certain bands.

So just be careful that you don't bend your watchbands inwards past normal tolerances.

Edit: Doesn't happen with stock silicon band.
