AI's ties to major labels deepen as Suno strikes licensing deal with BMG

The good news in this story is that now we are talking about artist being able to choose to opt in or not, and if they opt in they would be compensated. But this is between Suno and BMG, how long until independent artists would get these options? What do you guys think?

NGD Eastman AC222CE-OV

After what has been probably way too much “research” I finally got my hands on a secondhand (practically unused) Eastman AC222CE-OV, for a very good price. I’ll be doing a full review of the guitar, but so far I am absolutely blown away by the build quality. I have a Martin 000rs1, which is a nice guitar, but this thing… wow!

Acoustic amps

I have gone back and forth with this one a lot over the years. But I always seem to go back to a good D.I. or a preamp and plugging straight into the front of house sound system. Right now I am playing in a folk rock band with just drums, bass and acoustic guitar, and once again I am thinking it would be nice to have the stage volume, but also that interaction between the instrument and amp, not feedback, but that something, which I know is very hard to explain… but I hope some of you understand what I mean by that.
Now most acoustic amps to me seem to be designed for a small concert situations to try to replace a sound system, busking, playing at home, or as a personal monitoring. Has anybody had an experience of an amp that actually was more suitable for a band situation?
I know what I am asking is very user case specific, and you almost need to be in the same situation to get what I mean. But that’s what I am hoping to hear from you guys, who might have had the same problem and found a good solution.

Do you know what make this pick is?

I got this pick as a present from a friend of mine who has some connections in the musical instrument side of the industry. He was being a bit mysterious about it. It has a really cool raspy tone, and it’s great for flat picking. But we are based in France so it also be more of Jazz pick. If any of you recognize the pick I’d love to know more about it. There are no markings on the pick.
