went to Michaels to buy a large(r) piece of acrylic for a shadow box I'm making. I needed a 31x38 piece of non-glare acrylic. After the "sale" discounts (when is something not on "sale" at Michaels?) it came out to $195.00 for the piece of acrylic.

There has to be a cheaper/better source... right? I just can't justify that for the piece I'm trying to frame.

I have a Hybrid 2024 XLT and I desperately miss the push button start and to some extent keyless entry. Not to mention, I really hate the switchblade key fob. What's it cost to add after market? And do the after market kits work well?

I have a roll-up tonneau cover and I'm not quite sure if that's safe to take through a car wash. I've done it a couple times but the dryer guns really rattle the fabric. Not sure if I'm going to get it or not.

We have a client that is requiring a 24hr lock on accounts after 3 failed attempts. Has anyone ever seen or dealt with anything like this before?

Among other things, we're finding that people that are working from home or traveling end up locking their account when trying to log into their laptop and then they are stuck for 24hrs because the policy is on the laptop. Their only option at that point is to come into the office, connect to the network and then we're able to get them logged in. Obviously that's a problem.

Is 24hrs a crazy amount of time or is that just me? We were 15 mins forever and life was great. We've switched to 24hrs and so many issues...

EDIT: I made the executive decision to kibosh the policy and revert it to 15 min unlock. Told our CEO and Internal Auditor/Compliance Manager that if the client had a problem with it, I'll talk to them.

so, show when the show is announced, everyone mad rushes to the venue and gets into line. Eventually they start handing out wristbands, and once you have a wristband you can leave and return before the show starts.

my question is how long do they wait to start handing out wristbands? Say, if the posters go up around 10am, and people start lining up, do they just start handing out as soon as the first person gets there? Or wait until 1pm or something?
