My main withdrawal of 1,979.8947 USDT has been blocked since July 27 (Withdrawal ID 31967137). No TXID was ever generated. I have since tested Polygon, Solana, TRON and ERC20, and every new withdrawal fails and the funds are returned to my BitMart account. Today, even a 500 USDT ERC20 withdrawal went from “Processing” to “Error” in just 21 seconds, with 0/12 confirmations and no TXID. Ticket #1488853 remains open without resolution. Has anyone with a withdrawal stuck since July 27 actually received their funds?

Withdrawals are automatically rejected/refunded without generating a TXID. Today a 500 USDT ERC20 withdrawal went from “Processing” to “Error” in 21 seconds, with 0/12 confirmations and no TXID. Support tickets remain open without resolution. Has anyone with the same issue actually received their funds?
