Termites in house: What is the best approach?

We live in an old, smaller house in Sunset Park. It was fumigated before we moved in a dozen years ago.

About six months ago, we had a swarm of termites going in an out of our exterior, wood siding for a few days. They then disappeared from our sight. Now, we've had a swarm of flying termites inside around the baseboards of our bedroom (about two dozen at a time for two days). I've seen termite droppings in our garage and underneath a wood window sill, but can't see where the termites might be in our walls. Should we:

  1. Get a termite inspection before tenting our house?

  2. Hire a fumigation company now to tent our house, and maybe treat the ground as well?

  3. Do nothing?

Thank you for any advice and good experiences with companies!
