Is it enough of a reason to quit?
So as the title says, I’m in a bind and contemplating quitting my job.
A little bit of background
I work for a pool company and I directly work with the owner’s son.
We had a smooth day that day but there was a client who walked in and said that their pump was not running. So he offered to go there and check it out. It ended up being a shit job and had to do some plumbing in a very tight space where only 1 person could really fit to where the plumbing was.
Then the client decided to move things away to make space and tried to squeeze in there himself. He tried to help the owner’s son while I was trying to see where I could help from the back.
He was really stressed about the plumbing and told me off in front of the customers such as “What the fuck am I paying you for?” and “He’s getting paid to stand there”
I no longer want to work for them due to what has happened. Is it enough of a reason for me to quit or am I being too sensitive about it?
