This is what I've recently sent out to a general builder, I'd like to get anyone's opinion on what they would be charging for this, they've come back to me saying I was £800 more than they had allowed for?! I came in at £2438 all in, labour & materials + any bits I hadn't made an allowance for like clips, cleats, wagos, additional junction boxes, gel, etc....
