Strangest thing I have seen...
Meet Ken Markuson, my current 3B. I recently had need for a 3B and liked what I saw in Steve Beck, who was stuck behind two very good 3B with the Angels. Steve started 19 games for us and has been everything I hoped for when trading for him. The day after my trade deadline I noticed Markuson started at 3B. Who the f___ is Markuson?
I did not edit Steve Beck at all. Checking the players in the full game there is no Steve Beck. There is only one Ken Markuson, my starting 3B. Game logs show Beck at 3B, then Markuson. Both link to him.
I am going to respect his wishes. Whatever circumstances led to his choosing to change his name are his business. (My theory is that his father shared his name, and he decided he didn't want to be known by his father's name any longer. Preferred his middle name + mother's last name.)
