I bought 2 tickets for the landostand back in September last year the day they went on sale. I didn’t know where I’d be or if I’d be able to go at the time but I didn’t want to miss out again. Well turns out for a number of reasons I can’t go now so I reached out to the silverstone support team to see if they could help and I got this response.. any advice? One of my friends said I should see if my capital one credit card has some kind of travel protection. It’s crazy to me that they’d just let these seats go to waste and a can’t cancel them for even a partial refund or sell them so someone else can get them.
