Any tips on how to calm down during bad sleep paralysis episodes?
I just had a bad episode of sleep paralysis. I usually get auditory and tactile hallucinations. Usually, it's audio distortion. I'm not sure how to describe it. It's like brain fog?. A lot of the time, I hear whispering or an ancient language that I can't understand, and it's always very loud, or other times it's just screaming or calling for help
You know, like when your foot is asleep, and there's a numbing feeling I get that on my body, but it's usually in a specific area on my side, and it's really uncomfortable and very hard to ignore. Sometimes, it feels like I'm either about to fall off my bed or I'm floating in space
I never see visual hallucinations because I always keep my eyes closed, and the one time I did open my eyes, there was a 2D shadow demon that was stretching infinitely into my ceiling, and beside it, underneath my desk, was this really fat, deformed dog
Any tips on how to calm down during these episodes would be greatly appreciated
why am i hearing a baby cry?
Since the moon turned red, I'm hearing this very faint, quiet sound of a baby wailing, and it follows me everywhere I go
Edit: I'll greatly heed the advice of the fellow hunters in this comment section, thanks to those who give their guidance
