The LA and NY sold out in like 10 minutes once the passes were available to purchase. I checked again after 30 min and the passes are available again. At the time of this post, after 3 hrs, the passes are still available in masterpass. So in case you couldn't get them earlier, you can try now.

I suspect it was a bot blocker limiting the sales earlier.
