Mammogram findings/Bi rad 4

I just had a diagnostic mammogram that showed a small little nodule looking image on my mammogram, however, when the radiologist did an ultrasound, she could not find it. I had two different people do the ultrasound, the technician, and the radiologist for an extended period of time and neither one of them could find what was showing up on the mammogram. However, they gave me a Bi rads score of four, and now I have to have a biopsy in the next week or two. I am very nervous and scared and I’m wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so, did it turn out to be cancer and what type?

Mammogram findings

Has anyone had a mammogram in which they find a very tiny, small nodule, but when you have an ultrasound, they cannot find it no matter how much searching they do? This just happened to me and it is very scary. I have to have a biopsy done in the next week or two and they gave me a Bi rad score of four, which has me really freaked out.
