I have heard a lot about how Tokyo in the summer is absolutely horrible due to the combination of high temperatures and high humidity. I just recently checked out the weather app and it doesn’t look that bad? I’m just curious whether anyone has seen a difference, maybe improvement, in the overall summer climate in Japan/Tokyo.
Hi! I’m going to be traveling this year, and I want to try bringing a sun umbrella to, hopefully, make the heat more bearable. I have been looking at the Uniqlo UV umbrella, since it’s the most accessible one - although the one they sell in my country isn‘t marketed as cooling. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this standard Uniqlo UV umbrella, and if you feel a difference with the overall temperature and comfortability when using despite its lack of marking as such?
