Post GWOT SEAL Teams

Sup studs. Just wanna hear from the guys going to bud/s, been in bud/s, failed bud/s, or graduated from bud/s, what the current teams are like. Old guys feel free to join in and explain what it was like for you when you went through. What’s changed from when you were last in? Here’s some questions:

- How has bud/s changed?
- What evolutions are people struggling the most with?
- Any cultural changes in training/teams (professionalism, discipline, unit mentality, etc)?
- What’s the average person look like going through bud/s now (broken home types, attention seekers, all studs, wanna kill people types, humble & level headed, etc)?
- How is leadership currently?
- More big navy rules or still laid back?
- What does peacetime look like for the current seal teams?
- Deployments and time away?
- Family balance?
- Job stress?

These are all pretty open ended and subject to each individuals experience. Obviously for anyone who was in during peak gwot, it may be drastically different vs someone who just graduated a couple years ago. Feel free to answer the ones you know or want to talk about. Just trying to get a wholistic level look into how things have changed.
