What's your favorite ES1 custom profile?

I've been messing around trying to replicate some of my favorite lever machines like the Londinium and Cremina and finally hammered out a great Cremina profile that is fantastic for milk drinks. I'll link the brew profile, but the main thing is a pretty long pre-infusion of 15-17s (dependent on grind size) with a high flow rate of 6.5 m/s and low pressure of 1bar followed by a jump up to 8 bars for infusion and slowly ramping down.

Understanding pre-infusion pressure/fill flow rate

I’ve had my ES1 now for about a month and have been slowing dialing in the lever profile for flat whites. I’ve been going 18g in/40g out around 30s and it has been pretty good overall. One thing I did notice is when making a copy of the lever profile, the pre-infusion has pressure at 3 bar and the fill flow rate at 3 ml/s. None of my shots have ever gotten to 3 bars during pre-infusion and usually are just at 1. Why would that be the case?

Mainly trying to figure out the correlation between headspace above the puck, fill rate and pressure.

First week in with the ES1 and have been loving the coffee coming out of it! One question I had was how often are you running the backflush routine without cafiza? On my older machines I would do this every other day and do a cafiza backflush roughly every month since I use a puck screen. I make about 4 drinks a day and also make my own coffee water, so trying to strike a balance of regular back flushing without ripping through my water.
