I’m applying for the AAE Masters non-thesis online track for Fall 2026. I currently have 34 months of professional work experience, but the GRE waiver says it requires 3+ years of professional work experience. I will hit 3 years in July, but the application is also due July 1st.

When i asked the admissions office, their answer was vague and just said that if I want the best chances of getting the waiver I should wait until I have 3 years. but I don’t want to miss out on potential for fall admissions, and I don’t know if submitting my application on the deadline date is a good strategy just to ensure I have the “3 years” requirement met.

So, has anybody successfully been granted the GRE waiver while being under the 3 year limit for the AAE program?

Thanks
