Tree health

Talk to me about this oak. It seems healthy to me but a neighbor mentioned concern it was dying but I don’t see signs of that. The leaves do drop before other oaks in the neighborhood lose their leaves but I’m hoping it’s just because it’s older and not because it’s dying. We had an arborist check it out and said rot is possible but nothing immediately needs to be done.

It’s giant, and I’m quite attached to it. That said it’s close to our house and we get harsh MA snowy winters. We don’t want it to fall down on us or our neighbors. Please reassure me it looks healthy?
