How screwed am I? 33M, Dad is on a statin, Mom has coronary disease.
I am 5'10, 173lbs, active, lift weights regularly, and I don't eat terribly. What immediate steps should I take? Dr asked for diet changes and would like to test for LipoA and ApoB in 3 months, given family history.
