Hi,

I'm currently 33 years old, working for Boeing under the IAM union (International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers). I make decent enough money to live on my own, but I want to move to Colorado to be with my girlfriend, who I plan to have a family with.

The problem is, currently, that Boeing only offers software engineering positions out there (to the best of my knowledge) and that requires a 4 year degree. I don't have any degree to speak of, and I want to find something with just as much longevity and job security before I commit to making the move.

If anyone knows how I can get started, whether it be within Boeing or outside of Boeing, I'd like to know what options are available to me. Thank you.

Edit: I should note that I'm currently located in Washington State.

I need some stickers an artist drew printed from a Family Mart, Lawson, or other convenience store. I was counting on a friend to get his mom to print it while she was in Japan, but she might not be able to get it. Really need help, and I'll pay any fees needed to get it printed, please let me know anyone can help. Thank you!
